Digital downloads (PDF & eBook)
Because a digital book is delivered instantly and can't be returned, PDF and eBook purchases are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered. You can preview any book by reading it free in the catalog before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting. If a file is corrupted or won't open, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it.
Creator Passes
Unused Creator Passes are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a Pass has been used to generate a book, it's consumed and non-refundable.
Print orders
Printed books are made to order by our print partner. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it at no cost. Because each book is custom-printed, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong options — please review your proof before ordering.
How to request a refund
Email support@dreamiepress.com with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Questions? See our contact page.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country or state.
